Hi, I'm Dr. Vivek Gupta.

I'm a board-certified internal and obesity medicine physician, a certified mindfulness (MBSR) teacher, the founder of Mindful Wellness, and a dad of four trying to practice what I write. I started this letter because so much health advice is either fear-mongering or hype — and I wanted a place to think honestly about what actually helps us live well.
